A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
David Katz, Commissioner AS A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF BOYNTON
WEST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATIONS, INC., (COBWRA),
L~nne Matson AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF BOYNTON
WEST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATIONS, INC.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHERe, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is
entitled to representation on the Coalition of Boynton West Residential
Associations, Inc., {COBWRA); and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications
necessary for such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following
named individuals such right and honor or service.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT R?OLVED BY THE CITY CONI4ISSION OF THE CZTY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR)DA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS? clauses above are hereby ratified and con-
firmed as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Con~nission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby appoints as a representative to the
Coalitiom of Boynton West Residential Associations, Inc., (COBWRA) and
appoints as alternate representative to
the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations, Inc. (COBWRA}.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
