A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
JOSE AGUILA. V/CE M~vn~ AS A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM, BEACH COUNTY
MUNICIPAL bEAGUE AND APPOINTING
EDWARD HARMENING. MAYOR AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE;' AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
is entitl~d.te representation on the Palm Beach County Municipal League,:
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications
necessary'for such represen~tion and wishes to bestow upon the following
named individuals such right and honor or service.
NOW~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONNISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" c)auses above are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Sectio~ 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida hereby appoints JOSE AGUILA, VICE MAYOR as a
representative to the Palm Beach County Municipal League and appoints
EDWARD HARMENING, MAYOR as alternate representative to the
Palm Beach County Municipal League.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
