The letter gave a breakdo~,~m of the existing homes, homes ~muder constr~ction and homes occupied, suggesting t~at a majority of the necessary 285 homes, needed to ~pport th~ operation of the plant~ should be comuitted to b~vers before the sewage plant is placed in operation. ~.
