Mro Oyer made a motion that the C~ty~ttorney~ud City Clerk be author-
ized ~o execute the Sewerage Bond~ ~nd that the City Attorneybe designated
to receive payment for the Bonds~and to execute the contract with Moye Cone-
truction Co., proper city officials signing~ M~ Durkin sscor~ded~ motion

M~ Oyer made a motion that the Bond money be deposited in the Boynton
Beach State B~uk in an account to be known as Sewerage Constrnction ~nd0
~o Mzhoney seconded the motion which carried~
