The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 9:30 A.M.
~L~o Durkin made motion to authorize the Palm Beach Co~uty Com~
mission to demolish and remove the bridge on Seacrest Boulevard and pro-
ceed with plsme for the cons~ruction of a new bridge to replace the pres-
ent dangerou~ structure, uuder a proposal Sf mutual sharing of the cost
thereof; and that any timbers or other psrts of the bridge t_hat may be
ssiv~ged be the property of Palm Beach Co~muty~ Motion seconded by
Partin ~d p~ssed ~uamimo~ly.
Motion ~de by M~o ~ver and seconded by Mr~ N~d~oney to direct
the clerk to write a letter of appreciation to the P~!m Beach Couuty Com~
mission for their coop~ra~tion Lu _m~Eing possible the n~ ~idge, also fo~
conveying ~0 acres ~a~ndoned county rock pit) West of Boynton Be~ch for
municipal p~rpose~. Motion passed°
