AT CITY HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, JUNE 25, 1958.
PRESENT:
L. S. Chadwell, Mayor
Martin R. Durkin, Vice Mayor
Mort H. Partin, Councilman
James J. Mahonsy, Councilman
Olive Ro Cierpik, Deputy City Clerk
The Eayor called the meeting to order at 5500
The MAyor stated that the meeting had been called
to open Bids for Construction and Testing of Water
Supply Test Well.
Bids were received from Specialty Products Co.,
Co B. Maxo~ Well Drilling and J. P. Carroll.
The bid received ~rom J. P. Carroll was the only
one that fully complied with all conditions enumerated
in the instructions to bidders.
Mr. Mahoney moved that J. Po Carroll be awarded
the contract for construction ~nd testing one four inch
diameter water supply test well at a price of $500.00
to a depth of sixty feet and six dollars per foot in
excess of sixty feet. Mr. Durkin seconded. Motion
carried.

Boynton Beach, Florid~, and~or the laws of the State of Florida, of a
~pecial Meeting of the Cm~y Councm~ o~ the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to be held on the 24th day of June, 1958, at the ho~r of 4:00
