A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COmmISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
STAFF TO APPLY FOR THE CHILDREN SERVICES COUNCIL
GRANT (RECREATION, ATHLETICS AND POLICE PROGRAM)
FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Wt{EREAS~ the Chiidrens Services Council has announced the
availability ~of grant funds for the fiscal year 1993-94; and
ma WHEREAS, the short term goal of this program is to remove as
ny children as possible from the street environment and involve
the children in carious recreational programs; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission supports the proposed program
and is desirous of obtaining grant funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission
