A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $12,423.84, RELEASING
$10,827.84 OF THAT SUM TO ROBERT ANNORENO
(ANNORENO ESTATES) AND THE ~OUNT OF
$1,596.00 TO BE RETAINED BY THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH FOR UTILIZATION DURING
FUTURE ROADRESURFACING IMPROVEMENTS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby a~thorizes release of
Surety in the $12,423.84, releaSing $10,827.84 of that

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
