A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND CAROLINA FITNESS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF TWO TECTRIX CLIMB~%X 150 FITNESS
MACHINES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 8, 1993, the Fitness Facilitators
unanimously decided to purchase two new Tectrix C!imbmax 150
fitness machines; and
WHEREAS~ the funds for this equipment is from the
employee's annual fitness gym fee and no clty money will be
expended for this purchase; and
WHEREAS, the machines will be purchased using the current
Palm Beach County School Board Bid SB93C-65B;
NOW, THEREFORE# BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute the Lease Agreement with Carolinas
Fitness, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
