A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN QUIT
CLAIM DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY TO THE
QUADRILLE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, A COPY
OF SAiD DEED BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, by Deed ~ated February 14, 1984, Palm Beach County
transferred to the City of Boynton Beach, the 100 foot wide
abandoned right-of-way for 26th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, on February 3, !987~ the City of Boynton Beach
transferred to the Town of Hypoluxo the eastern part of the
northern 50 feet (minus the portion that provides access to the
Boynton owned lift station). However, the western portion of the
northern 50 feet (located south of Quadrille) was inadvertently
omitted from the legal description.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute a Quit Claim Deed transferring the western
portion of the northern 50 feet to Quadrille Home Owners
Association, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately

WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), in hand paid by
the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second
party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said first party has in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Palm Beach, State of Florida, to wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party
forever.

EXHIBIT "A"
A portion of the North 50 foot right-of-way of
NE 26th Avenue, more particularly described as
follows: The East 598.73 feet of the South 50
feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 16, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
reserving unto itself a non-exclusive easement
for the construction, operation and mainenance
of all proper utilities.
