A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COY~ISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL
REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTIONS OF FEBRUARY 8, 1993, AS LISTED AND ATTACHED
HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
& Disposal Board requests ratification of actions taken by the
Board on February 8, 1993, by the Cities of Boynton Beach and
Delray Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby ratify the actions taken by the
South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Board
on February 8, 1993, as listed and attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution

ACTION TAKEN BY SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ON
FEBRUARY 8, 1993
1. Authorized the refund of $199,620 from 1991/92 ~u~s
Op~r~i4%g-~u~s to Boynton in the amount of $99,810 and to Delr~y
in the amount of $99,810, which was set aside to fund the
Feasibility Study for Reuse by Brown & Caldwell and rescinded
ratification of Board Action of July 23, 1992.
2. Authorized refund of $48,792.26 from 1990/91 Surplus Operating
Funds to Boynton in the amount of $22,966.22 and to Delray in the
amount of $25,825.74, which was set aside for construction of
Emergency Access Road and rescinded ratification of Board Action of
October~l.
3. Authorized the expenditure in the amount of $199,620 for Phase
I Reuse Water Engineering with Brown & Caldwell, a Capital Project
to be funded 50% by the City of Boynton Beach and 50% by the City
of Delray Beach.
