A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL
REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTIONS OF FEBRUARY 8, 1993, AS LISTED ON THE
ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
& Disposal Board at a meeting held on February 8, 1993; and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
& Disposal Board budget now requests ratification of action
taken by the Board as listed in the attached Exhibit "A" by
each respective City being Delray Beach and Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby ratify the action taken by the
South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Board
on February 8, 1993, as listed in the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall tak~ effect
immediately upon passage.

WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board on February 8, 1993, by a vote of 8-0 authorized
to enter into a contract with Inscho-~irlin for the construction
of the Repair and Replacement Projects in the amount of
$1,088,900 to be funded from the Sinking Funds ratified in Action
of F~brua-~y 26,'1992.
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City
of Boynton Beach and the City of Delray Beach,

WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ON
FEBRUARY 8, 1993
1. Authorized a contract with Inscho-Kiriin for the construction
of the Repair and Replacement Projects in the amount of $1,088,900
to be funded from the Sinking Funds; and
2. Amended the Engineering Services on the Repair and Replacement
Projects ratified 2/26/92 from $450,000 decreasing the Engineering
Services to $268,000; and
3. Authorized expenditure from the Sinking Funds $13,623 to
replace Hycor Press in Screening Building, $7,500 for Permits and
other miscellaneous costs associated with the Repair and
Replacement Projects and $1,000 for replacement of Polymer Pump in
the Chemical Building; and
4. Authorized
