BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed
plat of Charter World, containing Section One, heretofore s~b-
mitted to the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
for approval, p~rsuant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the
said City does meet all requirements of the City and that same
is hereby approved subject to developer preparing and filing wiah

lines and appurtenances thereto within said area are
