O74-26AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 2-61(d) OF C~PTER 2 OF THE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY, PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT
INTOTHE C~TY'S OPERATING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND
OF UP TO 20% OF ALL STATE REVENUE SHARING GRANTS WHEN
DEEMiEDFEASIBLE BY THE CITY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FOR
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PRO-
VISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEPdEAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems it advisable and necessary for the efficient
operation of said City to amend Section 2-61(d) of Chapter 2 as
hereafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Paragraph (d) of Section 2-61 of the
Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(d) Whenever deemed feasible from time to time by
the City Council, up to twenty Rercent (20%) of all
State revenue sharing grants received from the State
of Florida shall be deposited into the said Operating
Capital Improvements Fund."
SectiOn 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
