A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE PARTIAL RELEASE OF A
PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$47~625.00 TO WiLSHIRE CORPORATION, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS~ on February 19, 1988, the Wi!shire Corporation,
posted a performance bond in the amount of $69,770.00 to guarantee
the sidewalks and sodded swales for Meadows Park, a/k/a Tract E
Meadows 300, situated along the west rights-of-way of Meadows
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City Commission
of the City 6f Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves the
r~d~ction ~ the per~ormande' bond in the amount 6~ $~,625.00 to
th~ ~i~hir9 corporation, retaining a remaining surety in the
amount'of $22,145.00.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY O~BO~ON BEACH. FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby approves the partial release of the
performance bond in the amount of $47,625.00 to Wilshire
Corporation and retaining a remaining surety in the amount of
$22,145.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become
immediately upon passage.
