A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A PRODUCT ~AINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OF FLORIDA
(I.M.F.) FOR MAINTENANCE COVERAGE ON THE
CANON PC-80 MICROFICHE READER/PRINTER; A
COPY OF SAID AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, upon recommendation of staff, deems it to be in the
best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to
execute the attached Product Maintenance Agreement with
Information Management of Florida (I.M.F.), for the
maintenance coverage on the Canon PC-80 Microfiche
reader/printer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE,CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, 1F1Qrida hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and
City Cl~k to execute the Agreement with Information
Management of Florida (I.M.F.), attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
