A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY
OFFICIALS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TARA OAKS
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE TARA
OAKS P.U.D. (ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION NOT INCLUDING L-
26 CULVERT CROSSING), ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT
"A", FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS
PRIOR PLAT RECORDATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
PROVIDING SEVERABiLITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Tara Oaks Development Company has requested the
City to enter into a contract in connection with the
construction of two sections of Knuth Road to provide access
to the church parcel in Tara Oaks P.U.D. before a Plat is
recorded for Tara Oaks P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission hereby determines and
authorizes the proper City officials to enter into the
aforementioned contract in the form attached as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby approves and
authorizes the proper City officials to execute the contract
with Tara Oaks Development Company.
2. That all resolutions or parts of

Section 3. In

is deemed invalid, illegal or unconstitutional by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall in no
manner effect the remaining portions or sections of this
Resolution and shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
