THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORI!
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SHORT-q
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN STATE I
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SE~
(NRS) AND THE CITY OF BOYNTON AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there is a need in the of Boynton Beach,
Florida to provide access to the serv. offered by the State
Department of Health and Services (HRS), to the
residents of Boynton Beach; and
