AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SHORT-TER~ /
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CYNWYD
INVESTMENTS AND THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
