A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A CASH BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,598.06 TO NORTH SOUTH
CONSTRUCTION CORP., AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, North South Construction Corp., posted a cash bond in
the amount of $1,598.06 to guarantee the landscape and irrigation
improvements required under permit ~90-3924 (NW 22nd Avenue
Median); and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City Commission
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves the release
of the cash bond in the amount of $1,598.06 to North South
Construction Corp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the
amount of $1,598.06 to North South Construction Corp.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
