At the above meeting of the Zoning Board it was moved, seconded
carried, in each case, that the followi~g recommendations be n~ade to the
Council:

That all of the Subdivision of SEA C~EST HEIGHTS be zoned for
1200 sq~re fe~ minimum single family residences.
That all of the Subdivision of ~ESTCHF~STER HEIGHTS be zoned for
1500 square foot minimum single family residences.
That all of the Subdivision VE~?ETIAN ISLES be zoned for 1200
square foot minimum single family residences..
That Lots ~, ~ and ~. Bl~ck t, ,LAEE BOYtV~ON ~m~ be zoned
for light industrial.
Regarding the request of the Rev. Keith Love concerning the building
of a ?resbyteri~n church on Fifth Avenue and Seacrest, it was recom~er~ied
to the Council that no permit be granted excepting on condition that
adeq~a~e off-street parking ~e provided for.
Regardir~ff the request of ~r. Norman Hallhurg for a permit to build
doctors' offices on Lots 22, 2~ and 2z~, Block 12, of Central Park A~_uexe,
the Zoning Board recommended to the Council that this area be left
residential.
It was agreed that in order to give the Council an opportunity to
appoint a new Zonir~ Board, or to re-appoint some off the present members,
the members tender their resignations, to take effect Lmm. ediate!y.
At the same time they ~s~ to express their appreciation of the honor of
having been given the opportunity o£ servi~g on the Board during the past
year.
