Mro Pow~aI! voiced his objections to/~ school in a residential
section, and w~rned against spot zoning,
Er. V~.0.Whittaker expressed the same objections, ami mentioned the
~amee of several neighbors who did not sig~ the petition referred to
~hove.
Nrs. Evelyn 'I~Orsix s~ated her case f~lly in s~pper~ of her
request for a license for a kindergarten.
After discussion, I~r. Deen moved that it be recommended to ~he Oo~ucil
