He explained that the meeting had been called
for the pumpose of Opening ~$fds on the work to be d one
at City Hall and for the consideration ef t~x complaints.
Bide to furnish and install glass on the
counter tops of City Hall were opened.
AFter samples of the glass to be installed
were inspected, ~. Shook made a motion, seconded by
F~edmich that the low bid 1o£ Cadillac Glass, amounting to
$89. 23 be accepted. Motion passed
Bids from John A. i~l~p, Robert W~ Thie!m~n
and George I~. Getz for the installation o£ new Al~minum
Venetian Blinds were then opened.

Bids f~om fou~ painting contractors for the
painting of the interior of City Hall were then opened.
After considerable discussion, ¥~.-Fredrich
made a motion, seconded by 2~. Weaver that the bid of
Southern Painting and Decorating Co. for $291.00 be aec-

and George Booker were then presented by Paul
