At a special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, held on the 28th day of September

being held pursuant to the waiver of notice and consent to
the holding Of such meeting attached tothese minutes;

Mr. ~oLoPurmn~on, ~ayor, pres_de~ and stated the purpose of
such meeting to be to meet with Mr. Smith and review~present
and future insurance needs of the City of Boynton Beach, and
also to act on a ~eco=~mendation of Judge Chapman to suspend
the balance of sentence and fine impose~ a~

Shook m~de~a motion that ~narl~e Smith, sentenced by the
~unicipal Court on the IVth. day of July 1950~ be released
from Custody and ~ ~ ~
,hat the oalance of time sentanced and
the fine imposed be suspended. Er. Hood seconded the motion
and it passed unamiou~ly.
There being no further business the Mayor declared the
meeting adjourned.

of Florida, of a Special Meeting of the City Commissioners
of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida, to be held on the 28th
