The above constituting the entire Board of City Comm-
issioners of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
This meeting was called for the p~pose of considering
the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION
~BEAS, it is deemed adviseable, expedient and to the
best interests of the residents, citizens and inhabitants of
the City of Boynton Beach, that certain lands located withim
said City be reserved and set aside for municipal purposes,
THEEEFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co~nissLon o£ the
City of Boynton Beach, t~lorida, that the following described
properties, w'nich are owned by said City, be reserved and set
aside for public purposes:

Lots l, 4 & 5 Blk "A" Pence S/D- Recreation Center
Lots ll to 14 Incl. The Lawns - Future Park
Lot 24 Dewey's Subdivision Fire Station reserve

Lots 130 to 133 Inct Lakeside Gardens- Park
