A Reg~la~ Me=~ting of the Board of City Commissioners
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida~ was held at City Hall
on Tuesday, November 6th 19~5 at 2:00 o~clock p. M.
Present: William J. Daly Mayor

Upon Motion made by Commissioner Tatte~Eail, seconded
by Co~.issioner Daly and carried~ the following bills were

There being no further business , the meeting recessed
to Nov 20th 1945 at 2:00 o~clock P~ ~. at which time, the
meeting again came to order:
No bids being received for the construction of th~
new fi~e stations after some discussion the Mayor and Clark
wa~s empowered, authorized and instructed by unanimous vote~
to enter into an agreement with F. L. Purinton fo~ the
construction of sa~e on a cost plus basis in accordance with
th~ appropriation heretofore made.
There being no ftu~ther business the meeting adJour,~d.
