A special meeting of the Board of City Con~_issioners
of the City of Boy~ton Beach, Florida~ was held on Friday~
July ~ 1946 at 2 p m,
Present were Paul NerceP~ Mayor and
BoVoTattersali~ vice mayor
The above constituting a majority of the Board of
City Commissioners of the City of Boynton Beach~
This meeting was called for by Mayor ~ercer for the
purpose of adopting an ordinance covering a Utilities Tax.
On motion made by Eayor Mercer and secohded by Vice
mayor Tattersall the following ordinance was read for the
first time. A copy of the said ordinance is attached and is
made a part of these minutes.
