Upon motion of Commissioner Tattersatl, seconded by Com-
missioner E~rcer,~ that Clarence ~enson be declared elected
to the office of City Clerk for the unexpired te~mendinE
April 1~49. ~r. Benson was forwith sworn in as ~uoh City
Clerk ~nd City Commissioner~
