Consisting of the Commissioners and Various individus!$ of the andof BoyntOnproposedBeaCh,changes.for the PUrpose of discussing the City Charter City Mayor Mercer called the meeting to order promptly at 8:00 He explained the reason for the meeting and asked for COMments. Mr. Fred Benson commented in favor of a five-man Commission.
