The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tatte~sall.
The Mayor asked thab the minutes of th~ special meeting held on
the twelth day Of January, 1948 and of the reg~lar meeting held

meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
Mayor Tattersall informed the City Council that the
City Attorney ¢on~irmed~the legality of the meetings.
