Benson~an. seconded by Mr~ Ross~ and unaminously ~assed that the Ordinance be adovted as read, The Council expressed appreciation f6r Zoning Board~ And board as follows: the work of the recommended appointment of a permanent zoning Mr. Paul Mercer Mr. A. E. Shook Mr. Fred Benson Mr. Albert McGregor Mr. Homer Shelton Mr. Jack Gsrdner. Roush," Following discussion by ali Counci!men~ motion was made by Mr. ~oolbri~ht, seconded by Mr. Ross that the Zoning Ordinance be amended to place Laruel Hills S/D in "C" Zone~ and that "~" Zoning be eliminated from the Ordinance. Motion passed ~uaminously~ Mr. O. S. Hea~on appeared before the Cpu=uti! and sub- mitted sketch and requested permission to build a nrailer c~mp on his property on the Fedgrat Highway~ allowing a lot 2~' x 35~1ot for each traiier~ with suitable sanitary facilities. Request was referred to the $oning Board~ The following Petition was read by Mayor Tattersall: ~TO ~HE. .
