The City Council convened.at a regular meeting at the City Hall, at 7:30 PoM., August 2nd, 1948. Councilmen present were: Mr. B. V. Tattersall, Mayor Mm. W. T. Woolbright. for consulting engineer-fees in connection with laying of 6~ water main along east side of North FederalHighway, amount': $502.7~ (~ 3/4% of $10~86.40 cost).
