G / 13 WHEREAS, the property, by itself is an unb ' dable lot and serves no public
14 prupose; and
15 WHEREAS, staff is recommending to •nvey title of the parcel to Brittany Z.
16 Bumgardner; and
171 WHEREAS, the City Commissio as determined that it is in the best interests of
1E1 the residents of the City to approve . 'd authorize the Mayor to sign a Purchase and Sale
19 Agreement with Brittany Z. Bumg. dner to convey a vacant parcel of land at the end of SW
20 24th Avenue adjacent to 1-95.
21 NOW, THEREFO ' , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
22 THE CITY OF BOY ON BEACH, FLORIDA,THAT:
2C Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
24 being true and 'orrect and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption
25 hereof.
26 :ection 2. The City Commission does hereby approve and authorize the Mayor
2-4 to s'gn a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Brittany Z. Bumgardner to convey title to a
2a acant parcel of land at the end of SW 24th Avenue adjacent to 1-95 (PCN #08-43-45-32-01-
