The City Council convened at a special meeting at
the City Hall, at V:30 P.M., Nay 9th., 1949.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Purinton.
The present building code was discusssd and a

Notion was made by Mr. Hood, seconded by Nr. Shook
and unaminously carried that the City pay Resource Development
Bos~d ~00o00 as in past.
City Occupational License Ordinance No. 160 was
reviewed in conjunction with a copy of Delray Beach Ordinance
of same nature. A consolidation of the two was affected to
more completely cover the needs of the City at the present
time. This ordinance will be presented for first reading as
soon as possible.
