Upon recommendation from Mayor Purinton Mr. Shook made the motion seconded by Mr. Hood that the law firm Winters Foskett Cook & Tylander be appointed attorneys for the City of Boynton Beach. The votes were as follows: Mr. F. L. Purinton "Aye" Mr. Ao E. Shook "AyeM ~h~. C. H. Hood 'Aye' ~Ir. Ralph Ross "Nay~ Mr. W. T. Woolbright ~Nay" Motion made by Mr. Ross seconded by $~. Shook and unamiously carried that Mr. Hood be appointed to prepare specifications for a new Police Ford car. The Pontiac Number One car to be used for a trade-in. A true copy of Ordinance #204 is to be sent to Mr. Robinson of State Beverage Department. A letter is to be written to Palm Beach Health Board commending the work of the Department. Motion was made by Mr. Woolbright seconded by Mr. Hood and unamiously carried that the following Emergency Ordinance be adopted: ORDINANCE NO. 205 ZONING ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F BOYNTON B~ACH, FLORIDA RELATING TO AND REGULaTiNG, CONTROLLING, A~ GOVERNING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, LOCATION, SIZE, A~ U~ OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF EVERY NATURE AND KIR~D TO ~E HEREAFTER BUILT OR ERECTED IN THE CITY_ OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, LIMITING A~-D RESTRICTING TO SPECIFIC DIS- TRICTS AND REGULATING THEREON BUILDINGS Ah~ STRUCTURES ACCORDING TO THEIR SIZE AND THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THEIR USE, REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION OF TRADES AND I~USTRIES AND THE LOCATION 0E BUILDINGS DESIGNATED FOR SPECIFIC USES, ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS FOR SAiD REGULATIONS AhrD L1]~ITS, PROVIDING FOR T~ ADk~iN* ISTRATIONS AND ~FORCE~S OF THESE PROV~iSIONS, E~STABLISHING A BOARD £ ADJUSTMEq~T Ai~D PROVIDING FOR T~ APPOINT~ OF A BOARD OF INQUIR~ AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THESE PROVISIONS, ALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY_, ORDER, CONVENIENCE~ PROSPERIT¥, AND GE~ERJ~L ~ELFARE, TO LESSEN THE DANGER FROM Fi.~E, CON~ GESTION, A~?D C0~k~FUSION, A~D TO iMPRO~-E AND BEAUT1-F~ TF~E CITY OF BOYNT0~ BEACH, FLORIDA, AND REPEALING ALL C0h~FLICTING ORDINANCES; AND DECL~d~IN~ AN E~ERGENCT.
