A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND SAN FRANCISCO PUFFS & STUFFS,
INC.; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO
THE AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF
THE INSURANCE PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and San Francisco
Puffs & Stuffs, Inc., entered into an Agreement on February 5,
1991; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens,
residents and employees of said City to ratify the terms and
conditions of said Agreement and execute an Addendum to the
Agreement providing for amendment of the insurance provisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section I. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby ratifies the terms and conditions of the
Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and San Francisco Puffs
& Stuffs, Inc., and authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute an Addendum to the Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution shall

ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND SAN FRANCISCO
PUFFS & STUFFS, INC.
THIS ADDENDUM entered into, by and between the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA and SAN FRANCISCO PUFFS & STUFFS, INC.,
W I T NE S E TH:
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA (hereinafter
referred to as "CITY") and SAN FRANCISCO PUFFS & STUFFS, INC.,
(hereinafter referred to as "CONCESSIONAIRE) entered into an
Agreement on the 5th day of February, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida hereby ratifies the terms and conditions of the said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS,

Operations. Limits of coverage shall be based on

THEREFORE, all of the terms and conditions in the
previous Agreement in conflict with this Addendum shall be and are
hereby changed to conform to this Addendum. All provisions not in
conflict with this aforementioned Addendum are still in effect and
shall remain in full force and effect as
