R92-211RESOLUTION NO. R92-~// A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH ADOPTING FEES FOR LAND DEUELOPMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH; AND PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has amended the Code of Ordinances to allow for =he establishment of fees for Land Development Related Activities by resolution. WHEREAS, the City Commission now wishes to adopt fees for Land Development Related Activities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. That the attached list of Fees for Land Development Related Activities (Exhibit A) is adopted. Section 2. This immediately upon passage. resolution shall take effecE 1992.
