A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND iN THE AMOUNT OF $32,521.50 TO THE
HEALTH CARE AND RETIREMENT CENTER; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Health Care and Retirement Center posted a
performance bond from Aetna Casualty and Surety in the amount of
$32,521.50 to guarantee the construction of water improvements that
would eventually be dedicated to the City; and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff that the system has
passed all inspections and is operating properly, the City
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves
Performance Bond in the amount of $32,521.50 to
ith Care and Retirement Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
cITY oF ~OYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach~ Florida, hereby approves the release of the Performance Bond
in the.amount of $32,521.50 to Health Care and Retirement Center.
Section 2. This Resolution
