A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THE
1992/93 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
RATIFIED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
POLICE SERGEANTS FRATERNAL ORDER OF
POLICE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and Police
Sergeants Fraternal Order of Police, both ratified a Collective
Bargaining Agreement, approved by Resolution No. R92-185 dated
October 8, 1992; and '
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
on the 22nd day of October, 1992, granted a 2% cost-of-living
salary adjustment, effective October i, 1992, and a 2% salary
adj.ustment effective March 1, 1993, for all employees covered under
the Internationa~ Brotherhood of Firemen and Oilers; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to ratify an amendment to
thecollectlve~ bargaining agreement to make salary increases
consistent With those granted to general employees.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BoyNT~NBEAcH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby ratifies and authorizes and directs the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Addendum to the 1992/93
Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and Police
Sergeants Fraternal Order of Police, attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2.

FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE
THIS ADDENDUM entered into, by and between the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA and POLICE SERGEANTS FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE,

referred to as "Employer") and Police Sergeants Fraternal Order of
Police (hereinafter referred to as "FOP" or "Union") entered into
