A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMNISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REQUESTING THE COUNTY COMMISSION TO
FORWARD DIRECTLY TO THE CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH COPIES OF ALL
ORDINANCES PASSED ON FIRST READING BY THE
COUNTY COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS~ the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, deems it to be in the best interest of the
citizens andresidents of the City of Bo~nton Beach to be kept
informed a~d ad¥~sed of all proposed or contemplated
ordinances so that the City may P~rticipate in d±scussions;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida requests the County Commission to forward
directly to the City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, copies of all ordinances passed on First Reading by
the County Co~mission, so that the City may participate in
discussions.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby directs the City Clerk to provide a copy
of this Resolution, upon passage, to the Palm Beach County
Commission.
Section 3. This Resolution will become effective
immediately upon passage.
