A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE ~YOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYS~ON BEACH AND POLICE LIEUTENANTS
FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida to enter into an Agreement
with the Police Lieutenants Fraternal Order of Police for a one
year period commencing October !, 1992;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute the Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida and~Police Lieutenants Fraternal Order of Police, effective
October 1, i992, as attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect October 1,
1992.
