A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
RELEASE OF A CASH BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,000.00 TO MINTO BUILDERS (FLORIDA)~ INC.,
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS FAIRMONT PLACE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida is currently
holding surety in the amount of $10,000.00 (cash) which was
intended to cover any damages to our water and sewer system
during completion of the houses within the project (Fairmont
Place); and
WHEREAS, the project is now complete and the utility
system has been operated by the City since June, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS$ION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby release a cash bond in the amount
of $10,000.00 to Minto Builders (Florida), Inc., for the
project known as Fairmont Place.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
