A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION 71-SS, NON-RESIDENT
BORROWER CARD FEES.
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Library Advisory
3oard, the City CoMmission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary to increase its non-resident
borrower's card fees from $10.00 per year to $30.00 per year
which amount is compatible with the rates currently being
charged by the County Library System and other city
libraries~
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
DF THE CITY OF BoYNToN BEACH, FLORIDA:
