R92-171 RESOLUTION #R92~/7/ A RESOLUTIONOF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE C~Y OF B0¥NTON BEACH, FLORrDA, INCREASING C METERY 0PENINGAND CLOSIN~ HATES. WHEREAS, Section 6-tl Of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to cemeteries within said municipality, provides that the City Commission shall from time to time, by resolution, provide for the sale of cemetery lots, fix the prize ~o be charged tkerefore, and the terms and conditions of such sales, and provide for the conveyance of such lots, and shall fix the schedule of fees to be charged for permits, burials, and other services; and WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the City of Boynton Beach, has heretofore forwarded its recommendations to the City Commission relative alteration of said existing rates because of the increase in costs for the operation of Boynton Beach Memorial Park and Sara Simms ~emcrial Gardens. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CC84MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. THAT: The following rates shall apply for openings and closings: Weekdays - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.~. $ 17~.0u~ ~ Saturday, Sunday & Holidays Anytime $ 275.00 Infant Plot Anytime s 75.00 Cremains Interment or Disinterment Anytime $ 75.00 Disinterment Per Body $ 225.00 and; all other charges and procedures presently existing relative to the operation of municipally owned cemeteries within said City shall remain as now established.
