Upon motion made by Go~aissioner Stevens, seconded by Cc~.issioner Bowen, and unanimously carried, the following RESOLUTION was passed and adopted: RES 0 L UT i 0 N YEEEREAS, there appears on the ledger and records of the Water Department of the Town of Boynton¢ numerous unoot!ectabie l~'ater Department accounts; and I%iiEREAS, diligent effort has been made to collect these delinquent accounts ~ and, IA~_EREAS, the aforesaid uncollectable Water Department accounts are uncollectable Pot the reason that the consumers have removed from the Town} or are financially unable to pay the account~ or errors were made in rea~ing meters; or calculating bills, otc; .....
