The Municipal Street Lighting Agreement now in
effect between us dated March 2~ 1926~ as supplemented by
that eertaih Supplementary Agreement dated August 6~ 1929,
and those certain Supplemental Letter Agreements dated July
18, 1928, April 7, !93!~ February 16, 1932~ J~r.e 6~ i933~
and January ~, 1935, respectively, all of said A~reements
being now in effect between the To~vn and the Company and are
hereinafter in the aggregate called ~Supp!ementary ~reements~
make provision for ali arran~ement~ between us in connection
with the street lighting sys~em in the Towm of Boynton.

si~ (8) 100 candlepower Overhead Bracket Type street lights
which are now installed but out of service~ said street lights
being more particularly described as to number~ cmudlepower~
type~ !ocation~ ownershim and burnim~ schedule o~ the schedule
attache~ hereto, marked Exhibit ~A~ and made a part hereof~
and the said street !i~hts to be operated only for a period
of four (4) months from the 1st day of Jar~ary~ 1936~
In order ye cooperate with the Town~ notwithstanding
the terms and provisions of t~e said Municipal Street Lig~tir~.
Y~reement~ and Supplementary Agreements thereto, which provide
for the permanenv operation of street !ights~ we are willing
to place the said si~ (6) I00 candlepower Overhead Bracket
Type street lights ~n operation for the said four (4)
months:.period~ but not in operation under the said Municipal
Street Lighting Agreement and Supplementary Agreements thereto°
Under this arrangement, you will pay ~s for the
operation of the said six (6) !00 candlepower Overhead
Bracket Type street lights placed in operation in accordance
with this Letter ~reement at the rate of ~2o90 per light
per month. Bills for the operation of the said street lights
will be due and payable on or before the 10th day of the month
following that in which service is furnished hereunder.
~ile this Letter ~graement is in effect~ the
Municipal Street Lighting ~resment~ and the said Supplementary
Agreements thereto~ shall remain suspended as to the said
six (6) I00 candlepower 0verhaad Bracket Type street lights
which are to be operated independently under this Lette~
Agreement~ At the termination of this Letter ~reement, the
said street lights described in Exhibit ~A~ will again be
considered as a part of the street lighting system of the
Town of Boynton within the terms and ~rovisions of the said
Municipal Street Lighting Agreement~ and Supplementary
2greements thereto.
