BRIDGES at Boynton Beach, in collaboration with Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, will be hosting its 9th An-
nual"Back-to-School Community Health& Resource Fair"on Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 10am to 2pm(we are
asking vendors be there at 9:00am). In order to make this event a success, we need your support. We cordially invite
you to participate in this exciting community event,which we anticipate will be a great success yet again.
Last year we were able to service over 2000 participants and this year we plan to reach even more.There will be music,
food, and activities for all to enjoy. We are enlisting providers that cater to children,teens, adults and senior citizens.
We are asking agencies and organizations to join us at our event to help educate and inform the families about services
and programs that could benefit them.
The event will be held at 900 North Seacrest Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33435. We will provide each organization
with a table and(2)chairs. We request that each organization be prepared to bring a banner(if one is available), bro-
chures/flyers,and possibly a tent(since indoor space is limited-some will need to be set up outside).
We will be providing each school aged child a backpack filled with school supplies and will also be offering school
physicals among many more services.We are requesting that each organization bring a gift that can be raffled off to
the families or commit to a monetary donation for school supplies.
It takes all of us together to strengthen communities and make a difference in the lives of our youth. Please complete
