R19-0481 1 1 1 RESOLUTION R19- © (A'6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT THAT PROVIDES A UTILITY EASEMENT AT THE NEW POLICE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, as part of the construction process for the new Police Department headquarters building, it is necessary to execute and record a utility easement with FPL to provide permanent power to the building. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption hereof. Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby approve and authorize the Mayor to sign an Easement to FPL to provide permanent power to the new Police Department headquarters building, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
