A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE LETTER OF
CREDIT FOR THE BLUM PLAT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI~EREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, at the request of the developer, and upon
the recommendation of staff, desires to reduce the Letter
of Credit drawn on Bankers Trust Co. in the original amount
of $165,000.00 by $145,000.00 for the Blum Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE cITY OF 'BOyN~ONBEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Florida, hereby authorizes a $145,000.00
reduction Letter of Credit drawn on Bankers Trust
Co. in the original amount of $165,000.00.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
