A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF AUGUST 26, 1992, APPROVING THE
CAPITAL EXPENDITURES PORTION OF THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1992-1993 IN THE AMOUNT OF $62,000.00;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater
reatment & Disposal Board at a meeting held on August 26,
.992, approved the capital expenditures portion of the
~perating budget for fiscal year 1992-1993 in the amount of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oynton Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
uisposal Board on August 26, 1992, approving the capital
I~xpenditures portion of the operating budget for fiscal year
i992-1993 in the amount of $62,000.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
